When your company has been in the business for quite some time, your customer contact list tends to get too long. It will be inconvenient for us to find a few contacts without any sorting. In BMO Online Inventory System Malaysia, you are able to sort your customer contact list by alphabet, date and so on.
In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to sort a contact list in BMO Online Inventory System Malaysia.
1. Firstly, go to Contacts > Contact List.

2. You will be redirected to a Contact List page. From here, click on Green Arrow Icon provided (at table header) and the sorting will take place. If you would like to sort name list according to alphabet, click on the Arrow icon provided next to Name. When the sorting take place, the Green Arrow Icon will turn into Red Arrow Icon.

3. Other than that, you could also sort by GL (General Ledger) as well as Date. With these functions, you will be able to find your contacts in no time.
